If you qualify for the program, you will be invited to take an examination. You will then be placed on a 'band' (or ranked) based upon your examination scores. You may then be called for an interview. Upon successful completion of the interview, you may be offered a contingent offer of employment and begin the onboarding process. Once onboarded, you will then work collaboratively with the TempLA team to find an appropriate work assignment.
