The DHR website has made reasonable efforts to provide an accurate translation. However, no automated or computerized translation is perfect and is not intended to replace human or traditional translation methods. The official text is the English version of the DHR website. If any questions arise concerning the accuracy of the information presented by the translated version of the website, please refer to the English edition of the website, which is the official version.

Why submit a complaint?
Please complete and submit if our department did not provide you the language help you needed, such as assistance with interpretation and/or translation services.
What happens next?
Once we receive your feedback/complaint, our department will review your submission and provide a response. If you do not get a response within 10 business days, contact us at DHRLanguageAccess@hr.lacounty.gov. Our department will let you know how we addressed your complaint as soon as possible, but no later than 90 business days from the date we receive your complaint.
How do I submit my feedback/complaint?
Before submitting your feedback/complaint, please ensure your issue is related to language help, such as assistance with interpretation and/or translation services. If it is, please download and complete a Feedback/complaint form and submit via email to DHRLanguageAccess@hr.lacounty.gov.
