eAppeals Technical Support

DO NOT USE THIS FORM TO SUBMIT AN APPEAL.

To submit an appeal, go to our eAppeals form.

Before submitting a TECHNICAL SUPPORT ticket, please take note of the following tips as they should addressed most common issues:

  1. In Step 4 – DOCUMENTATION: After you upload your documents, verify you have selected a document “Description” from the dropdown menu
  2. In Step 5 – REQUEST FOR REMEDY: Some add-ons such as “Grammarly” are known to cause issues in this text box. Try submitting your appeal using Internet Explorer or Edge InPrivate mode or Google Incognito  mode instead.

If you are still experiencing issues submitting your appeal, please use the form below to create a TECHNICAL SUPPORT ticket. A Support Analyst will contact you during regular business hours to provide assistance.

For questions regarding the appeal process, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) or you may also contact the Appeals Program at (213) 738-3934 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time except on County holidays.

USE A FILTER TO FIND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY JOBS

The quickest way to find available jobs in Information Technology in the County is to create a FILTER in the online Job Search system.

To begin, click the button below to visit the Job Search system.

  1. Once you are in the Job Search system, you will see a FILTER button on the right side of the SEARCH bar in the middle of the page.
  2. Click on JOB CATEGORY. A fly-out menu will appear.
  3. Scroll down the list and click on IT and Computers and/or any of the other technology related job categories available.

NOTE:

  • You can select multiple options WITHIN a Filter category. You may also select multiple filters. For example you can select IT and Computers in Health Services and Fire with a salary of 60,000+.
  • To clear filters, click RESET ALL.
