Employee Onboarding Portal

If you are having a technical issue with completing your onboarding process, please visit the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page before submitting a request by clicking HERE, or you may also contact the Human Resources representative assisting you with the onboarding process.

If you are still having a technical issue with completing your onboarding process after visiting the FAQ page, please fill out and submit the form below. A Technical Support Analyst will contact you during our regular business hours to provide assistance

Technical Support Analyst Business Hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time except on County holidays.

If you prematurely submitted your onboarding packet without completing all the forms, please contact the Human Resources representative assisting you with the onboarding process to request to have the packet resent to you. You will receive a new Onboarding Welcome email with new login credentials to complete the process.

If you are requesting to make any change(s) on any of the form(s) after you already submitted the onboarding packet -OR- if you need to make any change(s) on any of the form(s) that you already saved but have not submitted the packet yet, continue on with completing the rest of the form and then submit the onboarding packet.

After the packet has been submitted, please contact the Human Resources representative assisting you with the onboarding process and let them know which form(s) need to be corrected. They will resend the packet to you with only those forms that need to be redone. You will receive a new Onboarding Welcome email with new login credentials to complete the process.

The username (email address) is case sensitive, so check to make sure you type it in exactly as it appears in the Onboarding Welcome email you received. Also make sure to enter your password one character at a time, instead of copying and pasting the password from the Onboarding Welcome email. Additionally, check the date of the Onboarding Welcome email you received. If you tried to log-in 30 days after receiving the welcome email, you will receive a log-in issue and you will need to contact the Human Resources representative assisting you with the onboarding process to issue you a new onboarding task. You will receive a new Onboarding Welcome email once a new task is initiated.

Please perform the following: Ensure you are logging in using a PC or laptop. Tablets or phones are not compatible with this system. The recommended browser you should use is Google Chrome and please use the most updated version. Additionally, check your network to make sure you are properly connected to the internet. You can also restart your PC and/or clear your browser history, then try logging back into the Employee Onboarding Portal. If the system issue still exists, select the Option Not Listed/Issue Still Persists category from the ‘Type of Problem’ dropdown and enter a detailed description of the error you’ve encountered, fill out all required fields, and then submit a ticket. A Technical Support Analyst will contact you during our regular business hours to provide assistance after submitting the ticket.

To assist you with any navigational issues, refer back to the instructions provided in your Onboarding Welcome email, as well as the FAQ link provided in the welcome email. Additionally, refer back to the instructions provided to you once you’ve logged in to the Employee Onboarding Portal. If after reading through all the instructions, the navigational issue still exists, select the Option Not Listed/Issue Still Persists category from the ‘Type of Problem’ dropdown and enter a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing, fill out all required fields, and then submit a ticket. A Technical Support Analyst will contact you during our regular business hours to provide assistance after submitting the ticket.

USE A FILTER TO FIND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY JOBS

The quickest way to find available jobs in Information Technology in the County is to create a FILTER in the online Job Search system.

To begin, click the button below to visit the Job Search system.

  1. Once you are in the Job Search system, you will see a FILTER button on the right side of the SEARCH bar in the middle of the page.
  2. Click on JOB CATEGORY. A fly-out menu will appear.
  3. Scroll down the list and click on IT and Computers and/or any of the other technology related job categories available.

NOTE:

  • You can select multiple options WITHIN a Filter category. You may also select multiple filters. For example you can select IT and Computers in Health Services and Fire with a salary of 60,000+.
  • To clear filters, click RESET ALL.
