Before submitting a TECHNICAL SUPPORT ticket, please take note of the following tips as they should addressed most common issues:
- In Step 4 – DOCUMENTATION: After you upload your documents, verify you have selected a document “Description” from the dropdown menu
- In Step 5 – REQUEST FOR REMEDY: Some add-ons such as “Grammarly” are known to cause issues in this text box. Try submitting your appeal using Internet Explorer or Edge InPrivate mode or Google Incognito mode instead.
